In order to create a product or solve a problem effectively and efficiently, students first need to understand the task, identify the expectations, define goals, analyse the context, divide the big task into small subtasks and work with each other within the timeline, seek feedback from their teachers for improvement, and self-evaluate their work against defined rubrics before the final submission. During the process to reach any product submission, teachers provide both explicit and implicit feedback and guide students and monitor their progress. These frequent check-ins will eliminate late submission, motivate all teammates to participate, encourage them to contribute to different tasks.

According to IFTF, 85% of the jobs that will exist in 2030 haven’t even been invented yet, and students’ ability to gain new knowledge will be more valuable than the knowledge itself. Therefore, 21st-century skills (literacy, learning and life) are more important to students now than ever before.

ProjoTechLX lays the foundations to develop, and improve these skills. Furthermore, looking for still more precision and proficiency, ProjoTechLX embraces McKinsey research that identified 56 foundational skills and attitudes (DELTAs) across four categories (Cognitive Skills, Digital Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Self- Leadership Skills) that the students need beyond the classroom to thrive in life and future world of work. The success key to the application, implementation, and achievement of DELTAs and 21st century skills is by providing students with a platform that achieve these skills, while granting teachers a smart evaluation system that aligns each skill with associated educational standard and evaluating it with Rigorous rubric.
